My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms, while on the small side, provided a beautiful view of the canals and great natural light. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even finding humor in my attempts to speak French. The location was fantastic, central to the sights of Annecy with easy access to the old town. However, the dining experience, while typically French, was enjoyable yet limited. Overall, a cozy place with a few things to consider.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were bigger and thus much more comfortable, with a beautiful view of the canals and great natural light. They were extremely clean and spacious, making me feel satisfied. The service was top-notch; the staff were very friendly, parking next door to the hotel was convenient, and they were nice and helpful, despite being busy. The location was superb, right in front of one of the canals and within walking distance of the train station and the old town. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the shore of the lake and the best parts of the old city. However, there were a few guys hanging around outside, which was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was very good, with plenty of choices and a nice selection of food, though it leaned more towards a French style than continental. Overall, a great value for money.
